We will do 90 minutes (1 session) per day.
Cost: R160 per session
We will do stroke correction & technique which is very important in swimming, drills also dives, starts and turns.
You are more than welcome to do more than one session.

Wednesday: Butterfly stroke technique, drills, starts and turns
Thursday: Backstroke technique, drills, starts and turns
Friday: Breast stroke technique, drills, starts and turns
Monday: Freestyle technique, drills, starts, turns, drafting (Adults)
Tuesday: Freestyle technique, drills, starts, turns, drafting (Kids)
