MTD is offering a bike transport service for Ironman 70.3 East London.
We will:
1. Box your bike
2. Courier it to East London
3. Unpack it and rebuild in East London
5. Repack and courier your bike home after the event.
Brett, our mechanic will rebuild your bike in East London and be on hand for any last minute bike crisis or mechanical problems encountered pre-race.
Your bike will need to be ready for drop off by the Monday before the race, so as to be boxed and ready to be transported by the Tuesday. It will arrive in East London on the Thursday so there is enough time for Brett to get rebuilding.
The bike will need to be returned to Brett on the Sunday post-race so that he can repack the boxes and the bikes can then be ready for transport back to Cape Town by the Monday morning, to arrive back in Cape Town on the Tuesday.
This service will really take all hassles out of getting your bike to and from the race, whether you are flying or driving up the 70.3
