We are still waiting on some results for the Trinity Tri in Germiston, but for this month, check out how our athletes performed at Global 11 and Slanghoek this past month. Also a special mention for Doug Laburn who went and completed the New York Marathon in a time of 3 hours and 6 minutes - we cannot wait to hear about that experience!

Rudolf Naude : Pro 3rd sprint , 3rd Olympic, 3rd squared event overall
